healthfinch is pleased to announce that it has expanded its product offering for small to mid-sized practices that use athenaClinicals. Refills Lite, part of healthfinch’s Charlie Practice Automation Platform, is designed to reduce the routine, repetitive work associated with processing prescription refill requests.
Refills Lite takes all the essential functionality of Charlie’s Refill Management application and packages it into a scaled-back, easy-to-use, and quick-to-implement solution. With each refill request, staff are provided with key data such as a patient’s last visit, next visit, last refill and last lab ordered, so that requests can be completed quickly and accurately.
